What should I do with this?

So I've been working on this for sometime now and am finally at a stand still. I just don't know what I want to do with this cute little embroidery. Actually its not so little about 12-14" Wide x 10-12"high.
I'd Love some ideas, and I think I will put the embroidery pattern up as a freebie if anyone is interested.
If you want me to put up this and other free patterns, just leave me a comment!

Any ideas would be most appreciated and if I get an idea from you guys that I like I'll make up a tutorial too. Sorry I haven't got an iron here, I'm very embaressed about the state of this...

  1. My second attempt to leave a comment.....The first thing to jump out at me from this lovely design was that this would make a gorgeous centre panel for a small baby rug. Love this Paula and your mushroom houses are fantastic..

  4. I agree - frame it. Something light, not too heavy so it won't compete with the work.

  5. I think it would look great with a border and made into a cushion. It is a lovely piece of work. Well done and best wishes with your recovery.

  6. It would liek to have it on front of a block carrier folder - one of the rigid ones that you lay your blocks on the inside and have a piece of mat inside for cutting at classes, etc.

  7. Hi Paula, saw your post on the squilters digest and thought I would click on over.
Lovely piece of stitching, I think that I would make it into either a cushion or a bag BUT it would also make an amazing centre panel for a crib/cot quilt.

  12. Hola! Muchos Saludos!!!

  18. Paula, your design is just so cute and reminds me of our upcoming "Spring". What about doing a swap of a cushion with your lovely design for Spring. Would be nice to see how everyone made it up into a cushion, and even nicer to see them travelling all over the world.
If you do have one...I'm in!
    Thankyou for sharing.
    Kind Regards
